At Doom Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 2 days from the date of purchase.

After 2 days have passed from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

If your request is approved following our quality check, the applicable return, exchange, or refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 2 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, or other information to verify the condition of the product. If the issue is verified and the request is approved, we may provide a replacement or other applicable resolution in accordance with our policy.
